V Valuable - A Story should focus on a specific user goal/business need.
E Estimable - If it can’t be estimated, it can’t be planned, and, will never be included in a Sprint.
S Small - Support regular burn-up and easily fit into an iteration.
T Testable - If you don’t know how to test it, how do you know what to build? How do you know it is Done?
